The Parent Trap

Easy, affordable access to quality birth control shouldn’t be determined by Medicaid, or any other entity — and paying out of pocket for a necessary item isn’t always the answer either. Our heroine, Sharita, can’t afford to buy the best quality birth control but she also can’t afford to have another kid either.

And Tay, running late from a meeting with her caseworker, is given no good option when her child’s daycare decides to charge her a late fee or suspend care. The shared responsibility of parenting, the shared universality of whether to become a parent, all come into play in Concrete Justice’s The Parent Trap.
