If you’ve been curious about Theatre of the Oppressed (or missed our longer training offerings and still want an intro to Forum Theatre), this scene-building workshop is the perfect place to start! Participants will get all the basics of Forum Theatre: interactive games, discussion, and role-play improvisation—plus an extra twist for the season. Together, we’ll use embodied play to prepare for those tricky or tender conversations that can come up during visits back home. Our facilitators will guide folks in practicing how to share power, build trust, and respond to tension or misunderstanding with creativity and care. Everyone will leave with fresh tools for reflection, connection, and collective change.
