Ready to take your facilitation skills to the next level? Join us for an intensive 8-hour training — From Participant to Leader: Developing Your Facilitation Skills with Theatre of the Oppressed — which focuses on the art of leading Theatre of the Oppressed games and exercises. This workshop is designed for practitioners who want hands-on experience in guiding these powerful activities and receiving constructive feedback to sharpen their approach.
Throughout the day, you will:

Practice leading a variety of Theatre of the Oppressed games with your peers.

Receive real-time feedback on your facilitation style, as well as clarity and engagement techniques.

Learn best practices for adapting games to different group dynamics and contexts.

Explore how to create a safe, inclusive environment where participants feel empowered to explore, discuss, and challenge social issues.
At the end of this training, you'll walk away with enhanced confidence, new tools, and a deeper understanding of how to use theatre as a catalyst for change in your own community or organization.

Participants will be required to submit proof of a negative COVID test to attend.
