Accountability and Evaluation In Practice with Mike Strode

Description: Now that we understand how we relate to accountability, it is time to determine what structures will best meet our collective goals for accountability and evaluation. Designing these systems in a democratic organization requires constructing care systems to support each member in reaching their personal goals. How has this been approached in other organizations? What can we learn from those examples to inform our work? Through organizational case studies on accountability and evaluation in practice, we will examine some tools we can bring into our work. Then we will decide what areas to prioritize for implementing and testing these designs.
