Clarifying Our Relationship To Accountability with Mike Strode
Description: When we begin to design a system of accountability, our first challenge is to synthesize the personal definitions we hold for accountability into something we agree upon collectively. Our second challenge is to unpack the personal and often traumatic experiences we bring from spaces where accountability was not practiced well. In this training, we will start with a bit of storytelling to understand what accountability means to each of us and learn more about how we would like accountability to feel in practice in our organization.
